We will be shipping orders until 10am on the 24th December, last order day for Christmas delivery is Friday 21st when you specify DPD or Royal Mail 24/Special Delivery in the UK. For non UK customers we can offer UPS delivery to most countries with a 2-3 day delivery service. Our delivery agents will be closed on the 25th & 26th December plus the 1st January.
We will be dispatching parcels again from the 27th but deliveries may take a little longer due to the holiday period and New Year. All services return to normal on the 2nd January.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and in most situations, orders received by 3.30pm will go the same day. If we cannot dispatch your order within 48 hours we will contact you by telephone or email.
All smaller & lighter items are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48, this service provides a 2-3 day delivery with 95% success rate within 2 days, for a small upcharge you can select Tracked 24 with a 95% success rate for next day delivery. We also offer Royal Mail Special delivery (before 1pm) and DPD next day and Saturday delivery. All options are in the checkout. Please order by 4pm for any next day service, orders after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Larger and heavier items, including wheels will be posted by a courier on their next day service, this has a success rate of over 90% so delivery should be the day after sending, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Bikes are shipped with Parcel Force which is a 48 hour service to most of mainland UK. They may take longer to deliver to more remote locations, please contact us for more information.
Next Day premium postage options in the UK are next WORKING day services, e.g. if you order on Friday on a next day service you will receive your delivery on Monday the following week. Royal Mail Special Delivery services DO NOT deliver on Saturdays. We do offer a DPD Saturday delivery service to select at the checkout if needed. ( U.K Mainland only, Excludes Highland and certain postcodes.)
All of the goods we post require a signature on delivery so it may be best to have the goods delivered to an address where someone is in during the day (i.e. work). Whilst it may not be too inconvenient to collect a Royal Mail parcel from your local sorting office or post office, a DPD depot may not be too local. DPD will leave a card if you are not in and you can then contact the depot to arrange redelivery or collection. Unfortunately if you want to have the parcel then redirected to a different address they may charge you for this service.
Please note for non EU countries there may be import duties/tax to pay, this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with customs in your country to see if you will have any fees to pay.
